Marc Muench combines his expertise as a photographer and skier to capture the thrill of skiing first hand. Along with Muench's photographs are six essays by writer Peter Shelton. Shelton's essays expose a background of the Rockies from historical facts about the development of the ski resorts interwoven with personal experiences and stories.
